Profiles in Resilience
With Professor Huggy Rao, the MBA Admissions Office, and case writer Oliva Anne Hallisey, we created media-rich websites to tell the stories of Black women executives who took unconventional paths to management education to inspire prospective students.

Approach
We interviewed subjects remotely using simple lighting equipment, high quality microphones, and smartphones. Then, we edited the videos, and wrote a compelling story to tie them together, adding illustrations and animations. Finally, we assembled the pieces on a website which was shared with prospective GSB students at an Admissions event.
